Trevor always had the idea to run his own business, inspired by his father Leslie, a self-employed accountant.
Trevor grew up amidst the picturesque beauty of Devon. He spent 8 years perfecting his craft, gaining qualifications from Bicton College and essential experience from Tony Benger Landscaping.
In 2005, after a move to Oxfordshire and a position as Head Gardener on a large private estate, he decided to bite the bullet and set up T Jefford Garden Services Limited.
In his first 8 years as a sole trader Trevor helped build a garden for Hampton Court Flower Show, was a guest speaker on BBC local radio and won the Britta Water Filters Site Award 2-years running.
After following his heart, and Sal, to the North-East of England, he has worked tirelessly to expand the business into the fully-fledged company you see today.
In his spare time Trevor enjoys pottering around the garden. He grows his own fruit and veg and likes nothing more than browsing for a bargain in antique shops and reclamation yards.
